Bc it will take 30 odd years to save enough deposit...? Ironic that poster is on walk where some controversial developments for student housing are being challenged by campaign

Utterly abhorrent. Get writing to MP’s, MSP’s and councillors. Property groups robbing communities blind to line their own pockets.

The building on Leith Walk is seen as an asset by the local community and as an employment hub it can sustain 200+ jobs and all that flows from that. show you care - renew the leases and engage positively with the community

Well done dog-in-the-manger Group Drum. What a splendid achievement. You must be so pleased with yourselves, aye? Congratulations on the negative PR achieved by alienating an entire neighbourhood.

There's nothing wrong with making sure folks have a place to live, but there's a fine, complicated line between 'housing' and 'a developer using the idea of building new housing as an excuse to make money at the expense of community.'

"Neglected part of Leith Walk"?? It was thriving. There were independent businesses in every unit there. It's looking bloody neglected now though, since you've hounded everyone out. Shame on you, !

Over 200 jobs have left the site already and tomorrow a further 4 will lose their jobs at the Leith Walk Cafe unless and their partners do the right thing.

It's obscene that a development that has been rejected by a local council could still end up going ahead anyway. If you're in a position to do something in , please .
