People often ask me if aurora is seen during summer months. The answer is yes, even down here in southern Saskatchewan, we can see the northern lights. Here is an example, observed on June 8th at 2:35am. ---

Smokey skies can enhance colours in an appealing way. Like in this photograph of Rowatt's elevator which is no longer standing.

Super Blood Wolf Moon of 20JAN2019 as observed just west of Outlook Saskatchewan at 11:22pm CST. After driving from Regina thru 244km of snowfall, winds, cloud cover, fog and stressful road conditions, found clear sky and shot the moon!

I can't believe someone gave Jordan a mic for an hour, twice, and he managed only run a few mins late both times.

Shopped at a great toy store in Maple Creek called Cowtown Kids. Over 19000 different items on the shelves from 42000 piece puzzles to John Wayne Olopoly board game. Young fellow took a chance on a small prairie town and heritage building.
