It was PERFECT outside. Except the head wind both ways. And it felt like I was running uphill both ways. Kept saying, stay positive, you've done this before, you will again.

After yesterday's 21k, got in a tough 12k tonight. Legs were tired, but needed to hit some hills along with some heat training. Great seeing the Adidas Running group at the Autodrome tonight. I love this life!
