Oh my days that was so hard my longest ever run in my 50’s. 10 Miles into constant heavy wind & persistent heavy rain plus last 5 miles into strong seafront headwind. Absolutely soaked & freezing at the end

I've been running to music ever since I got a Sony Walkman sometime in the early 80s. I can't find a better track to run to than ELO's Mr Blue Sky although Down Down by Status Quo comes a very close second. Anyone else with better suggestions?

It was only 6 miles but it was beautiful 😊 The rain stopped, the sun came out 🌞 my eyebrows didn't fall off and I'm off to buy scampi fries after my shower 😍 Hope you have a Sunday as nice as mine lovely people 😁

Need an advice from the running community: what App do you recommend for training plans? Anybody aware of a dynamic one, integrating the actually done performance into predicted time. Thanks

commitments mean I don’t get to very often & I only have 6 recorded there. That does mean that the stats show my progression well. Each one (so far!) is a PB. How long can that stat last?! Next Parkrun for me is in 5 wks!

Every run this last month has felt stronger than the last. Just went for a quick blast this morning and set a new time for my little 6km lap and in the wind and rain.
