This week will be the last week of our multible sown . I have been harvesting this Greenbarn favourite on a weekly basis from our vegetable growing unit for the last 5 months. Next week's menu will feature green & purple sprouting broccoli instead. Gyo for continuity.

cauliflower is an edible flower from the same family as broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. It tastes very similar to cauliflower, but with a slightly nuttier, earthier flavor. Try it steamed and lightly seasoned with olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Thanks for the suggestions. Amber came up with a roasted romanesco with capers and kalamata olive dish. We both agreed a hint of lemon was needed others perfect.

Have you eaten? Vegetables that are also made in Marumori Town. It might be good to think of it as a broccoli with a strange shape. Kadar has a strong sweetness.
