Win 0.11/prob 0.999 - lose 100/prob 0.001. Exp= +0.00988. 1000 forecasters start with 100, after 1000 trials abt 46% lose 1/2 init capital although some lucky go linear to 200 (geniuses on TV) See wins bounded at 200, losses get to -400. +ve exp not enough under fat tails
