Mid month check in- I’ve gone to the gym 11/15 days this month! Considering I have to manage blood sugars, pain & joints that just don’t want to move, etc, I think this is awesome! Going today is up for debate...drinking coffee in bed still 😬

Taking meds because of is complicated. No one wants to take drugs, but… Could it help if you tried to bless the medicine, connect to how it makes you feel better? It may not actually make it work more effectively, but maybe you’d feel better about taking it.

I'm wondering if I should find another doctor. I just don't feel as though this place really listens to me. Might have to head to Omaha for some answers. Now I'm going to take a nap surrounded by my beloved pets.

Just got my prescription for my new medication. This one is cheaper than the last one I was taking that ended up not working. This one is only $1600 per month. That's like a half price deal.
