This was the flea market weekend for sound cards apparently. Cheap finds, hopefully some or all work. I’ve been hunting for some older cards compatible with DOS and DOS games.

Even a sealed off brand card for $1 and a couple SB Audigy cards for $5 total. They’re rough but might still work.
