Likely improper storage. I like this maker. Yet browning @ 2 years old?! A touch hot, w/cassis, toasty notes, caramelized brown sugar & earthy funk — thin body, muted fruit, some acidity, fine tannins, lasting into a bitter finish. Off & out of balance: 2.5 of 5 🍷. 🇺🇸
