Just because I don’t know a thing about animals, doesn’t mean I can’t foster my girl’s fascination with the subject.

Now I am what I like to call an “indoor girl”. I’m not a big fan of the outdoors and squeal at the sight of a bug or creepy crawly animal.

I wasn’t there tonight to hear , yes, a once in a life time opportunity. But I saw my 6 yr old daughter get a hole in one at mini golf this evening and in complete disbelief she did a crazy dance. This was the once in a life time moment meant for me.

Sometimes when I'm home for a day we offer to let the kids stay home from school... today my 9yr old wanted to go to school because it's bandana day so I now know where I stand with my oldest.
