Aside from some "messing with readers heads" I don't really ship characters. They are either a couple or not.

Q5: Weeeeellll the ship ain't canon...YET. I'm working that way, here we have Richard and Shawa dozing, this illustration was done nearly two years ago, I was so excited about it that I spoiled it too early (and am doing it again here...oops)

Q4: Depends on the ship. I personally love the romance between Batman and Wonder Woman in the Bruce Timm DCverse and wish the comic writers would stop pairing Wondy with Superman because "durr, supah powerz must be tagetha, who's Lois Lane?"

Good quality construction. ;-) As a writer certain characters just seem to work well together. As a reader certain characters just seem like they might go well together.

A lot of my readers want to see Gertrude and Brunhilda "together", but I think that's less "shipping" and more "x-rated perversion". ;-)

My comics are for children so I don't really ship characters, but there is some unrequited love between Brian and Peppermint Twist lol.

Hell, no! Although if the author thinks it could work and wants to write it... *shrug*
