Nope. He did nothing that wasn’t legal and the records were already open to the public. Instead, let’s call these shameful attempts to hide donor’s records for what they are, and call you to be quiet.

Submit a formal request... *in writing. *on letterhead. *via U.S. mail (!!?) *outlining what org you are with *and HOW (!!) any info will be used (*#@%$) I hear about PIO training sessions all the time. Hope this is not what they learn there.
