She never acted with malice. Her work is splendid but with a few blemishes here and there. It's unfair for the 4th estate to attack her in this fashion

It's time thinks seriously about the concept of "prejudice" as reflected in the well known phrase applicable to Ch 9 institutions, "without fear, favour or prejudice". "Prejudice" or "bias" seems to be at the root of court decisions against her.

Literally all major supporters of were somehow found involved in acts of corruption and maladministration. Just imagine the funds donated. This is why the courts have always found that this doesn't work in the interest of the people she supposed to protect.

So north gauteng high court finds PP acted recklessly on her frede dairy report thus she failed to protect the gogo dlamini of frede, hence the finding that she must pay a portion of CASAC and DA 's legal costs personally

There must seriously be a limit to the extend to which a public servant or the holder of a public office can use public funds to defend him-or herself. When a judge made a cost order against a person, that review/appeal must be paid by the person, not his office!

Can a legal 🦅 explain to me why the courts are punishing Busi? She has to pay from her pocket but she committed those errors performing her duty as PP. Isn't that parliament is the 1 that supposed to punish her? Aren't the courts over reaching or interfering?
