Taken me 17 yrs to do my course, it's by far most physically demanding course I've ever done and I'm fittest I've ever been in my life! There is no way I could have done it 3 yrs ago, think would have advised I go home!

Demonstrates how important morale is to any army. Police strategy of picking us off randomly was a morale strategy & is basically the deathless equivalent of sniping. Consider arrests as analogous to casualties for an army & begins to make sense.

Busy day, so far my bus is coping well, one of the most physically demanding courses I've done in my 18 years but also, dare I say it, the most enjoyable. How is still able to talk I'll never know
