The report on ignores the root causes for demand for prostitution in the UK: ten years of cuts to public services and welfare paid for by the most marginalised women. Instead it shames women for doing what they can to make ends meet.

True that many want to fully decriminalize the sex trade, who are disproportionately pimps, brothels owners and johns who think they have a "right" to sexually exploit the vulnerable.
