I wish that I had a better answer to tell performers when they ask how many will show up to an unregistered program. Two? Is the weather good or bad? Thirty-three? Is it a full moon? Twelve? Which parents check the e-blasts?

It amazes me the kinds of things I get paid for that are just part of my job now. Things I've done at work today: started a puzzle, made stars & hearts, used a typewriter, wound balls of yarn, and wrapped presents.
