Current/recent best lifts: Squat 180/397 Bench 135.5/299 Deadlift 200/442 September goals: Squat 190/419 Bench 140/309 Deadlift 210/463 Ideally I get 145 and 215 to get a 1200lb total

Every time I go to the gym and plan to have a nice healthy cardio day I run into my buddies who are just doing straight heavy lifting and I’m immediately like “Fuck this cardio nonsense I’m jumping in with the boys” Never. Fails.

Bench felt great tonight. Equal PR of 5 reps x 115kg for RPE9 and there was easily 1 if not 2 reps in the tank. Loving this new program.

Got up to 100kg for 6 @ RPE9 on close grip bench. Very happy with that, only expecting to get to 90kg.
