3x20 heal raised closestance barbell back squat 2x10 same but front squat. 3x10 single leg barbell RDL no touch. 100 single arm kb swings. 3x1min rowing. Core.

stand straight up on these and just drag the barbell all of the way up to the top of your chest. You will need to raise the elbows to clear the chest and that's fine. This hits the proximal biceps.

5mins on 30s 1 clean 3 front squats. 4x15 glute bridges 2s pause at the top. 6x5 banded stiff leg deadlift pause at the knee on the up and down no touch at the bottom. 4x200m row superset with 15 side to side ab wheel.
