Most pothole claims are from roads that should be inspected on a monthly basis. Crux to making a successful claim is to identify that your incident occurred more than 1 month since the last inspection and the pothole is a ‘Cat 1’ (most serious).

Did you know that in 2013-14 Mumbai's civic body, the BMC, spent a whopping 2 lakh rupees to fill a single pothole! 2278 potholes were filled that year
