Running is fun and all, but I have a secret wish of becoming “ripped”. (Not to mention shedding this few pounds of regain). Can you still get ripped at 38? We shall see. Gotta add these back into the mix!

After 3 days of rest and my ribs popping out putting me in so much pain I was crying.i did a 60 minute workout and 15 minutes of foam rolling and I can say I'm back in full force!
