Purchased AC through in the month of May 2019.After installation the AC was not working so we have raised a ticket with them for replacement. The installation guys confirmed the same and approved the replacement request.

Very disappointing experience at today. Went to get my REALID and after waiting 2.5 hours, they call my name and Poof! The computers go down, no more licenses today. Just paid $15 for parking and wasted 2.5 hours for nothing.

Request for picking up the jio router was placed on 26th May, 2019. After hundreds of call, the router was picked on 1st June, 2019. Since then almost a month have passed and I haven't received my deposit money of INR 4500.
