Not impressed with customer service. I rented a car and it had a front end collision sensor malfunction during the rain and auto hit the brakes while driving 65mph. Called around and no one was willing to swap me out.

So disappointed with the lack of communication from placed an order on 15/04 that was due in stock on 14/04 - no order confirmation no reply to email or messenger & now I have no birthday present for my daughter tomorrow!!

already don’t have their systems at place.. Pune✈️Dubai today preponed earlier to 8pm and now they cannot print boarding passes as their system is not working. Nor they allow web checkin for international flights.. shit service 😡

maybe this site can help. My husband and I Have EACH flown 18 premium flights in the last few years... and I can’t believe how I am being treated . You DELETED my cash rewards points & 72 hrs later still not back on my acct!!!!!

You book and pay a ticket online, the ticket is not issued. You go the Rwandair office in Douala but still they send you back online to fix. .

- real pathetic customer service - jet cancels ops 2 days back and you keep sending me flight is postponed by 3 hours even today - no information on refund or rebooking and making me pay premium for new tickets

Well done selling a blood pressure monitor with a cuff to fit a larger arm (22-42cm). thanks for raising my blood pressure! Selling a (22-32cm) cuff then getting customers to order and pay extra for a large cuff!

Nothing short of shocked and pained by miserable onward journey from London and now, on my way back, this experience can only be described as PURE TORTURE. VS301 is over 2.5 hours delayed and promises to be more delayed in flying time!

For booking ID NN7816730105464, I was to be refunded Rs. 52857 15 days back but on Thu I received an email saying Rs 7741 refunded. No one at MMT picking my call , responding to mail.
