update From the destruction of Storm Doris in Feb ‘17 to prep on April 14th & to today. Lots of progress made, lots of growing, some already in bloom. Borage, Clary Sage, Agastache, Heliotrope, Rudbeckia & Echinacea bit more growing time needed 😃

Purple Prairie Clover (Dalea purpurea) sets the on fire this time of year. The purple goes for miles and waves in the wind and just makes the heat 100% worth it. 💜

This pretty perennial is always covered in . Lithodora diffusa ‘Heavenly Blue’ has been in flower for over a month. In my garden it’s popular with Buff-tailed Bumblebee, Hairy-footed Flower Bee and Common Carder Bee. 🐝
