Missing the PNW today. This is Joemma Beach, a Mike away from my Washington Lilypad home. I came to this Anna Penrose beach nearly every day when I lived there.

Summer days that end with a sunset like this make our Pacific Northwest winters worth it. Sun is setting over Point Wilson at the Fort Worden State Park.

A large glacial erratic left from the last ice age in Clam Bay. Puget Sound is full of these geological remnants. This rock was carried hundreds of miles to rest here.

I think I’m addicted to hiking. We went up all the way up to The Upper Falls at Wallace Falls State park. You feel the 1,300 ft elevation gain but the views along the way are totally worth it! @ Wallace…
