Patent stent goes thru PTFE & then thru interstices of old stent graft. Procedure c/b AVF in CFA from sharp recan. AVF resolved in 4 wks. Next step is US in 6 mos to eval for insufficiency. After LMWH + for 1 month, switched to 5 mg BID + ASA
