My favourite colour is pink. I don't see the colour pink as being a problem here. I don't know anyone who views the disease as being "pretty or fluffy" either. Least of all me. Much as I respect hugely, I think pink ribbons are not the issue.

"... and we're here to stay!" Indeed they are! Last month was breast cancer awareness month, this month we have for testicular and prostate cancer awareness. But what happens after the people are aware? What do you do with the knowledge that you have?

does yellow make sarcoma cancer less serious? Or sunny? Does the purple ribbon make testicular less manly? Does orange make leukemia too summery? The colour is not a reflection of the disease but to raise awareness
