Thanks. I'm doing a separate workout each day also, also set by . It focuses on leg strength every 3rd day. And I do a weekly class. So hopefully they'll keep me balanced. Definitely appreciate the advice tho. I'll keep single-leg deadlifts in mind4future 👍
