w/ homegrown - 3 cups basil leaves, 1/2 cup almonds, 3 garlic cloves roasted, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, Salt, black pepper, Olive oil. Add leaves in the mixer with the other ingredients. Pour olive oil in while mixer is running slowly to combine to a paste.

This is a simple one, but so good. I tossed cooked noodles with sauce, up a pork chop, and topped it with more pesto and some crushed red pepper I’ll be making this more often for sure.

Atlantic salmon, topped with fresh pesto using my homegrown basil. Then transferred into a power bowel, with wild rice, avocado, endives, red peppers, tomatoes...topped with homemade spicy chipotle. So good....so simple!
