It’s been a while since I walked up . The sun ☀️ was hiding behind the clouds, Who cares! Chatted to loads of people on my way down (need all my breath for walking up 🤣)

A couple of C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE) from Pen Y Fan last night. Took a tumble on the way down. Ripped my trousers and made a mess on my down jacket. Left with a cut knee and a sore hip but I’m alive. Back up next week for a look.

Solo picking today on the roads/lanes in the eastern part of the with a bag of litter removed. With views like why would you be a selfish sod and wish to spoil such with your litter. Bin it or take it home with you!

I can’t begin to tell you just how proud I am of our APRO CA Lucy Davis for climbing today - 8 years ago she was told she would be wheelchair bound! Today she climbed the highest peak in Wales!

Good way to round up the weekend! Stole ’ dog to climb up Pen-Y-Fan! ⛰ It was great to refresh the head before a week covering the Coronavirus outbreak. I love my job as a journalist - but it’s important to take breaks from tough subjects. 💭
