I set a goal of reading 40 books this year. It will be a stretch to reach it! I am a little over halfway there. Most have been professional nonfiction. Maybe I can throw in a few fiction which read faster for some reason!

A) my goal for this year is to survive my 1st year as Test Site Coordinator at my bldg. The lrng curve is very steep and the game changes w/ every breath you take. Survival is the goal but writing a playbook is the ultimate goal.

My goal is to continue to get into classrooms daily and provide handwritten feedback to at least 3 teachers a day. A little behind, but I hope to get back on track in December.

How does one read that much? I am a reader, but not a particularly fast reader. I read 5 % of my book a day, which ensures I have it completed in a month. So, I read about 12 books a year. What strategies do you have to read more?

One strategy for goal setting that I love is to set a calendar reminder to check in with your goal periodically.❤️

We introduced badges to one of our schools this summer and returned to that school last month to award badges to teachers in a LOUD and celebratory manner DURING school and in front of their students. The teachers loved it & want to earn more. All ideas welcome.
