Spicy Parsnip and Sweet Potato Soup is hearty, healthy and packed with flavour! So good on those cold autumn and winter days when you need that warm, comforting feeling of homemade soup.

The humble parsnip. This has gone through a 10 week process of roasting, fermenting and drying. Completely unique in flavour, we grate it and infuse it in our razor clam and miso broth to add depth, unmani and sourness 👌

I love having a dog. Not only does she sit on my head in the morning, or try to eat my dinner, crunch my glasses or roll in questionable mud, she brings us so much joy and happiness.
