Nutrients are the building blocks of our bodies. Simply put, nutrients come from food. We are made up of these raw materials. 💪🏼 All of our cells use nutrients. This is why we need to continually consume NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD. Processed foods are bankrupt of nutrients.👎🏼

I'm seeing a lot of cases of Diverticulitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's and IBS completely clear up on a near carnivore diet and proper nutrional supplementation. Seems some of those damn plants are just not gut friendly.
