Some more Beer & Food exploration in the kitchen this weekend, inspired by another recipe. The Dark Lady was perfect for this sticky, robust + seriously aromatic pork belly dish. I felt it would pair well with Belgium ale + it did not disappoint! 😋

Oh Man. This beer, in our opinion, is one of the greats. . . Proudly now carrying in bottles at Kuma's Corner Indianapolis. . . Orval Trappist Ale is a Belgian Pale Ale. It's from Belgium. Monks made it....and as far as we are concerned... Monks know what's good

Happy Day from ! Orval has always been a huge inspiration for why we love to reinterpret unique old world Belgian style beers. Be sure to find yourself a bottle of Orval and raise a toast to the first beer sold in the US!
