My knee was feeling iffy today so I opted for a Fall walk with my Mom instead of pushing it on a run ❤️

Wore my new Oofos this morning after my long run to Blizzard Beach. Perfect for recovery and perfect for the water parks. They’re my go to for both. And the lazy river is the best after a long run.

My son wants a pair of these Oofos so bad. I actually think he wears them when I’m out. He loves how comfortable they are. Did you know OOFOS are scientifically proven to help you recover faster and feel better?

En route to Madison for the weekend and I only packed one pair of shoes (besides my running shoes) - my OOMG Fibre Low shoes! Need to take advantage of the fact that they absorb 37% more impact. I’ll take all the help I can get!

In my 4 weeks off from training I’ve recovered, relaxed, had fun with family, stretched, worked on core, ran a handful of miles, made new goals, and had a couple extra beers, whiskies and cigars ... time to lace em up and start a new running season.

It’s an Oofos kind of evening, patio lounging with a good book. These OOlala sandals are the perfect summer blue and make me happy each time I slide my feet into them. . . . …

My husband has issues with plantar fasciitis and these would be WONDERFUL for him. He's always in need of comfy shoes and even if you're not a runner, these are GREAT!
