Ethical fruits for House! We are helping to reduce food waste by eating wonky fruit! have already reclaimed more than 600,000 kgs of food waste, 900,000 kgs of CO2 and 280 million litres of water that were used for growing the fruit!

After a huge cauliflower was delivered in my veg box last weekend, cauliflower cheese along side some kale hit the spot this week. The remainder I roasted & made into a delicious soup for lunches at work.

Signed up to , while I had to get up and pick up my box at 4am (there's no real safe space to leave it next to my flat), it's worth it, lovely surplus/wonky veggies and fruit that would otherwise end up in a landfill. ๐Ÿ˜
