Seems friendly vegetable burgers have about the worst carbon footprint to nutritional value ratio, red meat is nutritionally excellent and when sourced locally has very low carbon footprint๐Ÿค” We need to sell our story more effectively!!

Dairy farming in West Victoria on the agenda today. Really good to get out on farm with Harper Kilpatrick . Milking 800 cows approx 600 kgs on 2tn grain. Grass utilisation hugely affected by rain/drought (6-9tns)
