The Greenprint by Marco Borges. Generally we're used to having half of our daily meals vegan with one completely vegan day a week so this is nothing new. It's always great to soak in more insight though.

The Glass Palace by Amitav Ghosh (2002) it's engrossing and interesting so far. Set mostly in Burma (Myanmar) and India, it's an epic saga following the last Burmese king & his family into exile and their transition following British rule.
