medium sparkling . Every now and again this happens; I get a cider from a maker I’ve not had in ages, for no good reason, and it’s pure brilliance... this is one of those times. This is sweet but very lovely, I shall look at their shop now!

& Second time I’ve had this, this occasion I’ve got Clean oak with a hint of burnt barrel, strong tannic zingy astringentcy emphasised by the conditioning. There’s some Russet’y notes too with the Strong Whisky spirit finish. Cricky.

Volatil by 6.5%. A dry Swedish cider made with a mixture or crab apples and cider apples. A dry oakey finish and I've never tasted anything like this before. Courtesy of .

Time to relax and get this weekend started. Bristol blend. Lovely crisp green apple taste. Plenty of acidity/sourness going on here and a nice sharp kick. Probably my favourite of their range, as it just has that excitement about it.

Last is IPA (6.8% ABV, 355ml) Pale gold, cloudy appearance; fruity aroma; slightly crisp mouthfeel with a citrusy taste, followed by floral + hoppy aftertaste. Lovely!
