Monday: Disappointed that our Team Training was cancelled, but we made the most of it! Elayna, Emily, Woody, Kylie, Stewart, and I decided to train on our own at WRAL! Such a good 1 hour Session and worked up a TON of sweat. Love y’all and see you tomorrow! ⚽️☔️💙

So my offseason program consisted of lifting, running, foot skills, shooting, and manual labor. Hardest workout by far was labor for 8-14 hours a day after practice or training. Today I caught my first labor injury. All good just a broken pinky! Gonna train tomorrow.

Terrific Tuesday! Started my day off with some Stretching/Foam Rolling! Then Pre-Season Practice with my Girls. Finished up with some Juggling, Jump Roping, 30 min. Garage Technical Training, Core Burnout and 1.0 mile Walk with Molly!!! ⚽️💗🐶
