good to know your drivers can just mark shipments as "attempted to deliver" even though you are sitting right here, home, for days waiting, while packages are held hostage.

Your customer service phone support is utterly HORRIBLE. 2 days, 5+ hours, and still on hold (again) trying to get missing parts sent to me. Transfer after transfer in CIRCLES!!! Ridiculous...

Wardour Street is possibly the worst I’ve ever been to. Sat here with starter and main plates on our table awaiting dessert. 3 other tables still piled with plates. 4 staff stood chatting.

update, they called to further tell me its water damage. What a joke. They basically are telling me I am a lier and I spilt water all over the table what else could it be. Sure glad I spent 5200 and got a product that is absolutely garbage.
