It makes me inordinately happy to watch *my* snowshoe hare neighbor go down in her hole. For a while there, I was worried bc I hadn’t seen her in several days. So of course was really happy to have a visit this morning. 🐰 😍

I've only witnessed this a couple of times and it's the first time I've captured it on camera. When the sunrise at is bright and vibrant enough the sunlight turns the entire mountain red. It's really something to see.
