Just started new medication, so of course I've been in all the support groups and Reddit threads, and I'm realizing (yet again) how many things are illness-related, not me-related. Like morning punctuality, which I've had so much shame about. Grateful for community❤️

Well my brain just decided its a good time to have a nap. Fell asleep for a minute while writing a tweet. My silly mind dictates what I do, so now I need to sleep for a bit, or else I keep expericing sleep attacks. Anyways, ZzzZZzZZZ

Where do I go to avoid the pain of ? Where do I go to awaken my soul from the slumber? Where do I go? I go to the paranormal, I go to meet where the adrenaline flow, I go to the cusp where life meets death and come around to where it's breath births again.

So multiple + + = 2 days worth of sleeping with sleep paralysis and tons of weird hallucinations. Good thing? I came up with an awesome idea for a novel, but I forgot about it already.

Fell asleep around 4 am and managed to get up when my alarms (6 if your wondering) went off. Cat thought she was coming with me to work and was upset when I would accomidate her. And... I just forgot why I was writing this tweet.

So in my latest hallucination, I was at my parents house, a little kid again. Brother busted a light bulb and shards of glass hit the rug. Spent the rest of the scene picking up bits of glass with a magnifying glass and tweezers.

Unfortunately, this is entirely too true for me with - Incapable of sleep at night over half the time, broken and short-lived the remainder. Sigh. Sometimes I get really productive, almost "manic," until I finally completely crash.

“I wish I could fall asleep as easily as you” You think it’s fun falling asleep while you’re trying to: - eat - talk - read - watch tv - listen to music - study - write, or just when you sit down for 30 seconds? I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
