Did I write 50,844 words in Nov? Yes! Are any of them good? Debatable! Do they include two melodramatic epilogues but no actual ending? [•••] 🤷

So I didn't win , but I do have 37,000 words of a new world, a bunch of new characters, and some cracking scenes. Plus, I carried some momentum into a new short story, which I think has real potential, so I'm a happy writer this December. Any other happy losers?

I did not win but I did write 15K new words on my novel (30K total) and when my muse quit talking to me about that I wrote 10K on a different idea. Plus, I survived the holidays & food poisoning. Not too bad for my 2nd . I’ll win eventually.

My draft of All The Devils Are Here (aka the Tempest WIP) for is already way longer than I thought it would be (sigh) but I'm really happy with how the story is coming. Here's some snippets from one of my favorite scenes. Reminder that rough draft is rough.
