I need your help! I've received a referral for a client who's team are concerned about hypersalivation, but there do not appear to be any difficulties with eating and drinking, or any other warning signs - not sure it's right for ? thoughts?

A child with Selective Mutism was able to speak to me for the first time this week! It's important that people know that SM is not a choice or rudeness. Those with SM want to talk and often have a lot to express but are unable to in certain situations.

AM speech therapy with amazing kids . PM report writing for those moving from clinic therapy to school therapy. Then, 3rd & final PECS awareness training with school staff brainstorming & mapping opportunities for kids to use PECS throughout the school day.

CPD still triggers but perhaps a bit less each time? Again, the trainer assumed the professionals in the room would have *try* in order to relate to these difficulties our clients struggle with. Misunderstood kids understand misunderstood kids.
