The report exposed Trump’s betrayal of his duty as commander in chief to protect national security. His failure to respond to a genuine threat from a foreign adversary threatens future elections. My thoughts in ⁦

CNN hasn't had a single pro-Trump voice on air today. Just endless staffers all looking for the very worst in the report & downplaying key finding there was none of the Russian collusion they've screamed about for 2yrs. C'mon guys, at least TRY to look impartial.

'Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my presidency, I’m fucked.' said the Bouffant Bigot on hearing of the appointment of a special counsel. Congress may or may not impeach, but one thing's beyond doubt: he's guilty and he knows it.

.: There is no need to wait for an unredacted report... The House only needs to have 1 hearing. Ask , Don McGahn, K. T. McFarland, Corey Lewandowski to swear under oath the information in is true & accurate. If answer is yes go to a vote

Knowing Dem leaders, they're going to end up trying to look "measured" while attempting to appease those calling for . They'll call to testify and claim they need to do more investigation and hold more hearings before moving forward with Trump.

DEM LEADERS ARE PROTECTING TRUMP FROM It is House Dems, not Republicans, who have the power to begin the constitutionally-mandated remedy for Trump's lawlessness & corruption. And we didn't need . Trump's incitement of violence against the press is enough.

is a bad guy. He destroyed innocent lives while at DOJ and FBI, then again as Special Counsel. He’s cost taxpayers nine figures in misconduct settlements. Ironic and poetic that he’s getting the media treatment he deserves, for not taking Trump down.

The path after : Keep impeachment on the table but first use hearings & further inquiries to make clear to the majority just how outrageous 's behavior is. Dems must avoid helping Trump by tearing each other apart over impeachment. My column

Ignorance of the law is NOT a defense to finance crimes. But prosecutors must prove “willfulness.” worried abt that. Russians didn’t come with the emails & establishing the “value” was a question. There is no case law directly on pt.

Amid bickering over the Report, one thing is not in dispute: Russia maliciously meddled in America's election process -- and faced virtually no real consequences. Elections should be a fierce but FAIR fight. Defending our democracy is the ultimate bipartisan cause.
