The legal age limit to obtain a concealed gun permit was lowered from 23 to 21 in 2011 by our Missouri state legislature -- and it was lowered again from 21 to 19 in 2014!! We have young people dying all over the state. The age limit should be higher.

Latest Census report shows that nationally there has been an increase in the uninsured and this has been driven by the drop in Medicaid coverage such as we have seen in MO. And there has NOT been a simultaneous increase in private, employer coverage. 5/n
