After learning about the importance of , they had a bit of fun! Students raced around stations to find hidden pieces of paper that listed ingredients & equipment that they were to gather. They then had to accurately prepare & measure their 'mise'!

The Creaming Method Test slowed the bakers pace down today...they became more thoughtful and careful with ingredient measurements. Good pacing, great mise en place, great usage of notebooks too.
