Fuck amber heard, first off for trying to ruin Johnnys life, but also for using the movement as a way to build up her career, she owes every real survivor an apology.

A few nights ago, I was sexually assaulted during a date. Rather than hearing me out, my own friends went “well why did you wear a dress?” So the fact that women, who I considered friends, say it is still the woman’s fault proves how far we have to come.

So...this Johnny Depp abuse issue is quite complicated. A woman lied and used in the worst way possible. However this does not mean that the whole movement is no longer valid. She should be blamed for what she did and the movement shouldn’t suffer because of her. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Special shout it to other rational people...and a reminder: MICHAEL JACKSON IS INNOCENT. If you believe otherwise, send your reasons and PROOF my way. I only support real victims, no time for scammers or frauds

My husband at the time dragged me out into the hall while I was naked at 8 months pregnant and locked me out of the apartment. This is the first time I've ever spoken about it.

The movement brought the issue of consent to the forefront of global conversation. Consent is the basis for voluntarism - we should not only demand consent for sex, but for every interaction we undertake with other individuals and organizations.

amber heard exploited the fact she was a woman in the light of the movement to further her career and destroy that of an innocent person. she abused, manipulated and defamed johnny depp because she is malicious, controlling and simply because SHE COULD.

I was shocked that my entire fraternity was either silent or cynical about the movement; I silently rued the fact that it would take only the anger of a powerful woman to make the sleeping wake up. If you speak up only when your own are affected, it's not called bravery.

Last night I saw some guys tweeting about how “slutty” girls can’t just call rape when they “act like they want to have sex with everyone” and it hurt. So deep. I am terrified to put this out, but this is my story. Stop blaming victims for their abusers behavior.

Sexual harassment occurs bc men feel they are entitled. It part of a structural and cultural patriarchal workplace system and relying on victims making complaints is not going to shift this paradigm. We all need men to speak up and stand up to these dinasours.
