Depression and anxiety have been kicking my ass lately... & even though today was tough, I feel like it’s finally starting to turn around. I’ve been to the gym (3 times in a week!) & I talked to my doctor and set up treatment. Hopefully it’ll keep looking up!

Have you ever heard how hard it is to fly a Helicopter, a machine that's constantly trying to tear itself apart? Some mental illnesses are like trying to land a damaged Helicopter on a ship in a hurricane while someone kicks you in the head every minute.
