Labelling a person by their mental illness reduces them to their diagnosis. While this is rarely deliberate, it is stigmatising. Try to be mindful when discussing . Remember: You are not a schizophrenic - you LIVE with a diagnosis of schizophrenia.

Well God is definitely working in my life. Tomorrow I am going to dinner at a friend's house. I'm not very social and don't go out much at all. Many people with mental issues can identify with this. I believe God is in it though.
