I have been going through alot mentally lately and I haven't been feeling like myself. But I'm finally getting back to where I was and I'm starting to be alot happier. Today I hit a 225 squat weighing 137 pounds. I'm am so proud of myselfπŸ₯°

One of the hardest things when I was was accepting the of others. I said to them 'I hate myself, I'm worthless, please give this kindness to people who deserve it'. They never stopped & over time the self hatred left.
