It’s actually chilling when you hear about someone who has taken their own life, no matter who. And you know what’s even more chilling? Is that people still fail to realise that MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS, IS REAL AND IS SERIOUS. RIP Sophie Gradon - so sad

I’m always so open to talk about mental health: my own mental health or in general. Please, if anyone is ever feeling low, anxious, or a bit confused of how they’re feeling.... do not hesitate to message me. As my bio states, Let’s talk about 🦋❤️

Son is struggling. Has agreed to see counselor No one has openings for adolescents for months, if at all. Their advice? Take him to ER for psych eval or check him into inpt psych unit. He is not in crisis atm & FUCK our system that doesn't work to prevent crisis

Our brains are uniquely wired. Revovering from anxiety will likely be a little different for you than someone else. That's why there are so many medications, forms of therapy, etc. Be resourceful and find what works for you. You will find relief. Stay strong.

In one of those massively emotional moods, where my heart is so full of love and hurt at the same time. You don’t know which way to be so you spend each minute being one of each. Happy/crying/laughing/sad.

The power of patience, self-awareness, self-compassion, resilience & growth mindset is massive. When you refuse to give up & take full responsibility for your life & making it better, you realize that you're stronger & more capable than you thought. ❤️💪

When we're all rightly talking about these days, why are Rolling Stone getting congratulated on their clearly underhand interview with ? In my eyes he seems to be suffering but he's being hauled under the coals without it being taken into consideration.

Depression/anxiety WILL BE the most difficult thing I will ever experience. It will also be the most important. Being broken isn't the end. It's the beginning of something much greater. Believe you will recover.

Just a reminder that life isn’t as rosy as people like you to think. Don’t believe everything you read and see on social media... real life is full of ups, downs, stress, bad times. Nothing wrong with that. If you’re going through a shit time, talk to someone ❤️

Mental health problems can be just as painful as physical health problems. Someone doesn’t need to be bleeding to be hurting. Be kind always.
