Don't forget to check for insects! are literally sucking the life out of this lawn. Look for white powdery or fluffy material down deep in the leaf sheaths in the crown of the plant. Insects are dark pink. Doesn't respond to fungicides!

Whenever I’m in a greenhouse, I look for mealybugs. They’re light-colored, oval-shaped & covered in wax. They suck plant sap which can result in black sooty mold from honey dew excretions
